You may return your unworn, undamaged eyewear within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return:
- Ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Contact our support team at veroeyewear@yahoo.com to initiate your return.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3-Day Exchanges
Need a different style or fit? Exchange your unworn eyewear within 3 days of delivery.
How to Exchange:
- Ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging included.
- Email us at veroeyewear@yahoo.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
- Ship the original item back to us.
- Once received, your replacement will be dispatched immediately.
Important Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scratches or damage.
- All original packaging — including cases, cleaning cloths, and authenticity cards — must be included.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- Custom or prescription lenses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
