You may return your unworn, undamaged eyewear within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return:

  1. Ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  2. Contact our support team at veroeyewear@yahoo.com to initiate your return.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3-Day Exchanges

Need a different style or fit? Exchange your unworn eyewear within 3 days of delivery.

How to Exchange:

  1. Ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging included.
  2. Email us at veroeyewear@yahoo.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
  3. Ship the original item back to us.
  4. Once received, your replacement will be dispatched immediately.

Important Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scratches or damage.
  • All original packaging — including cases, cleaning cloths, and authenticity cards — must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Custom or prescription lenses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
